Steven L. Chuslo
Mr. Chuslo is responsible for providing governance support to the Board of Directors and management, and oversees the company’s legal resources in investment and portfolio management activities.
Steven “Steve” L. Chuslo is Chief Legal Officer of HASI. Mr. Chuslo, who has served in his current capacity since 2008, is responsible for providing governance support to the Board of Directors and management, as well as overseeing the company’s legal resources in investment and portfolio management activities. He has more than 30 years of experience in securities, commercial finance, energy development, U.S. federal regulation, and project finance.
Mr. Chuslo received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
