Jeffrey A. Lipson
Jeff Lipson is President and Chief Executive Officer of HASI. As CEO, he focuses on developing and executing all aspects of the company's strategy as a leading sustainable infrastructure investor advancing the energy transition.
Prior to becoming HASI’s CEO, Mr. Lipson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2023 and additionally held the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to 2023. Previously, Mr. Lipson was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Congressional Bank (now Forbright Bank). He also held various senior roles at CapitalSource, Bank of America, and its predecessor, FleetBoston Financial.
Mr. Lipson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
