Daniel K. McMahon, CFA

Executive Vice President and Head – Syndications

Daniel “Dan” K. McMahon is executive vice president and head – syndications of HASI (NYSE: HASI), a leading investor in climate solutions. He leads the syndications group and has been with HASI and its predecessor company since 2000 in a variety of roles, including as a senior vice president from 2007 to 2015.

He has played a role in analyzing, negotiating, structuring, and managing several billion dollars of transactions. Mr. McMahon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1993, and is a CFA charter holder. He holds Series 24, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
